Spinach....it's satisfying good
The other green drink
Combine:
9 oz of coconut water
1cup frozen pineapple chunks
-or- 1 cup of frozen papaya
1 - 2 cup of spinach
1 TBSP Pysillium husk
Blend and ENJOY!!!
