I was awakened by a thoyght at 3 o'clock this morning..."what can I do to help make my cake be moist"? I did a internet search that suggested sour cream or yogurt (yogurt with the flavor of the cake or one that would enhance the flavor of the cake). So...I rush to the frig and found yoplait 100 calorie vanilla yogyrt to replace any fluids (water or milk) called in the recipe. I was sceptical at first then WOW!!! to my surprise it was really moist and good.
