B.Y.O.B #juiced up
L- (green blend)1 green apple, 1 Anjou pear, 1 bunch spinach, 1/2 lemon, 1/4 piece ginger, water (agave your taste)
LM- (red blend) 1 steamed beet, 2 steamed carrots, 1 pink lady apple, 1red pear, 10 red grapes, 1/4 piece ginger 1/2 lemon juice
M- (pink blend) 2 grapefruits, 3 oranges, 1/2 lemon juice, 1 Fugi apple, 1/4 piece ginger, water
RM- 1Bosc pear, 1 cucumber, 1TBSP lime juice, 1cup pineapple chunks, 3 celery stalks, 6 Romaine lettuce leafs ***this is one of my favorites
R- (Orange blend) 1 1/2 yellow bellpepper, 1 red bellpepper, 1/2 mango, 4 pineapple slices, 1 Fugi apple, 2 steamed carrots, 1 TBSP turmeric, juice of 3 Oranges, zest of 1 orange ****this is my favourite!!!!

PALEO's beef stir fry
This recipe called for skirt but the butcher was out and suggested 'flap steak' but, "just remember don't over cook it" he said. I followed the recipe and this dish is my new 'go to dish' for a quick meal

OMAHA....OMAHA... Cream cheese, cheddar, & shrimp poppers wrapped in bacon
Ingredients:
*8 jalapeno peppers cut in half remove the seeds
*8oz cream cheese at room temperatur
*16 tiger shrimp cleaned, deviled, and place slits along the belly to prevent curling
*16 thick pieces of bacon
*4oz shredded cheddar cheese
*Basil to taste, 1/4 tsp chili peppers flakes, toothpicks
Direction:
Preheat oven to 375°
*In a bowl mix together cream cheese, cheddar cheese, basil, and pepper flakes
*Fill each jalapeno half with 1 1/2 TBSP of the cheese mixture topped with a shrimp then wrapped with a slice of bacon.
*Place popper on a rack in a foiled lined shallow pan and place on middle rack in oven to cook for 15 minutes
*cook and additional 30 minutes for desired color
*OR place under broiler to get the color

Paleo jalapeno poppers with yams & shrimp wrapped in bacon
I love this recipe very easy to make but, I had to ask the lady in the Mexican store what type of jalapeno that wasn't too hot. She said as long as I remove the seeds and the middle the regular green jalapeno will work fine..and she was right they are perfect!!!
