'Baby got back'...

These beef rib backs took 5hours to cook @275º after I marinated them in curry powder, garlic powder, black pepper,  and olive oil.  After being cooked on a rack for that long....OMG

  1. What kind of rack did you use? Is it like a rotisserie? I want to try this. I should not look at food blogs when I'm hungry lol :) Looks amazing like fall of the bone good.

    1. Morning Sytiva Sheehan I used my rack that came with my roasting pan and sat it in the roasting pan to catch the grease then covered them with foil and slow cooked them for 5hours @ 275º
