Mid-day snack

Fugi apple, chili pistachios, homemade vegetable broth, & cucumber water
All natural homemade vegetable broth. I cleaned out the crisper for this, I put in 1 parsnip root, 2 turnips, 1/2 bunch of parsley, 3 carrots, 1 bunch of kale, 2/4 bunch of cilantro, 2 yellow onions, 5 cloves of garlic, and sea salt, put all in a pot let it boil then simmer 60 minutes......I have it for snack or lunch. I didn't throw the cooked veggies away I put them in the freezer I'll find something to do with them.
