I was so really standoffish on baking this loaf of bread because it had two versions and a lot of feed back on both of the. So, I went with the original version and I'm not sorry. I like the taste and the texture of this bread and now that I'm hooked on 'ghee' I lathered the top of it with it.

I just cant get enough of this bread. I have it for breakfast after warming a slice in a skillet of coconut oil...yummo!!!
